Source to screen

Cricket records pass through a controlled data path.

STARsBUZZ separates provider access from the browser. This protects the credential, reduces duplicate requests, and lets the interface explain freshness honestly.

  1. 01

    Retrieve

The server requests only the provider endpoints and relations needed for the selected page.

  2. 02

    Validate

Required fields, states, timestamps, and optional relations are checked before use.

  3. 03

    Normalize

Provider records are converted into stable STARsBUZZ match, team, innings, and source models.

  4. 04

    Present

The interface displays validated fields, local time, retrieval context, and clear unavailable states.

Independent by design

Clear about the source. Careful with every claim.

STARsBUZZ is an independent information service, not a cricket authority or bookmaker.

Every public match value is provider-backed. Missing fields remain missing rather than being guessed.

Local display time, retrieval time, provider update time, and the visitor’s clock are treated as different concepts.

Common questions

What STARsBUZZ does—and what it does not promise.

Does STARsBUZZ cover every cricket match?

No. Coverage is limited to eligible records returned by the connected Sportmonks plan. The interface says when no eligible record is available.

Does every match update every nine seconds?

No. While an eligible live view is visible, the browser checks the STARsBUZZ backend every nine seconds. Provider update timing can vary.

Why is detailed match information sometimes unavailable?

Optional provider relations depend on the match and connected plan. STARsBUZZ labels whether detailed data was returned and shows only fields it can safely present for that record.

How can I report a possible data issue?

Use the Contact page, select Match-data correction, and include the match reference without sending passwords, payment information, or government identifiers.
